These North Canton homeowners contacted Woodland Deck Company in need of a more functional outdoor space that was able to be used in the ever-changing Northeast Ohio weather. Protection from an occasional pop up shower and the summer rays where important. With varying roof lines, we determined that a detached structure would fit the space best. Not having to cut into the existing house envelope reduced the risk of potential issues as well as cost. The pavilion structure featured a low-maintenance vinyl wrap, dimensional shingles, and a cedar tongue and groove ceiling.
A feature our customers wanted to incorporate in the deck design was a custom built planter. Custom planters are great for showcasing spring annuals, growing kitchen herbs, or even displaying evergreen foliage in the winter. We built this planter out of composite decking material which will hold up to frequent watering and fertilization during the year.
We were proud to be a part of creating this outdoor space that will bring enjoyment to the homeowners for many years!
